Happy October Hemophilia Ontario!
We’re coming to you this fall with another opportunity for YOU to be involved in helping to support Hemophilia Ontario programming and services. Our very own Nicole Kowal, Northern Representative, and resident of Thunder Bay, owns and operates a hair salon as her 9-5 called Streak of Green. She has decided that because Hemophilia has affected her life personally, she would like to partner with Hemophilia Ontario and run a fundraiser for the month of October. For the entire month, Nicole will donate 100% of retail profits from all sales in person and online to Hemophilia Ontario. These funds will specifically help us support members living in the North and will go towards community events and other identified needs within our Northern community.
Nicole takes pride in offering a variety of products, including hair care, skin care, make-up, and accessories (for adults and children!) that focus on natural ingredients and are sulfate free. Feel free to check out her website for more information at: www.streakofgreen.com. This is a really great way for everyone and anyone across Ontario to participate and show support for all of our communities, both near and far. Access the link in our bio or visit her website directly.
Happy October and Happy Shopping!

If anyone is interested in participating in the aforementioned interviews, you can reach out directly to Jackson Welsh at jwelsh@hivaidsconnection.ca or Fatima Okafor at fokafor@hivaidsconnection.ca
