Living with hemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders means people often live with physical activity restrictions, which can be quite difficult. Exclusion from many everyday activities or popular sports where friends and family participate throughout the year results, in many cases, in social isolation and low self- esteem. This is why our camp programs are so important to our community. Hemophilia Ontario camps offer children, youth, and families living with inherited bleeding disorders the opportunity to experience camp and a variety of physical activities in a fun, safe, and supported environment.
