Debra Thomson joined Hemophilia Ontario as Executive Director in November 2025. She brings extensive leadership experience from the non-profit sector, including senior roles with national health and community-based organizations.
Debra has a strong background in board governance, strategic planning, fundraising, partnership development, and program growth. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to strengthen organizations through thoughtful planning, advocacy, and community engagement.
As Executive Director, Debra is focused on expanding member services, strengthening educational opportunities, and building partnerships that support the long-term sustainability and growth of Hemophilia Ontario.
