Hemophilia Member Survey
If you are a member of our Thunder Bay community, please take the time to look over and respond to this survey! Over the last year, Hemophilia Ontario has worked to rebuild our presence in our northern communities and really want to maintain the momentum.
We want to be able to engage with our communities in the North in a variety of ways, whether this is through recruiting volunteers, or through understanding what kinds of gatherings and events you’d like to see in your region.
This survey will allow us to plan and effectively execute this objective, and we look forward to receiving responses as they come in.
If you are not directly living in Thunder Bay, but have interacted with us during the Northern clinic visits, or live in the North in general, please still feel free to submit a response – although we will most likely coordinate an event for our Thunder Bay region first, we will be expanding our range, provided there is a need in our other communities.
The survey will likely take 5-10 minutes to complete, and we appreciate your feedback and time!
