Hemophilia Ontario would like to share that Luke Chasse, Manager of Programs & Social Media will be leaving the organization to pursue a new opportunity beginning this August.
Luke’s connection to this community has always gone beyond the job title. As a member of the bleeding disorders community himself, Luke brought a rare and invaluable perspective to his work, rooted in lived experience, not just professional dedication. That perspective shaped everything from the programs he built to the way he ran camp, where his leadership created a sense of trust, understanding, and belonging that is hard to replicate. For years, he has been a fixture at camp and a familiar, trusted face for so many families across Ontario.
While we are sad to see him go, we are excited to see where this next chapter takes him. We know many members will continue to see Luke around the community as a volunteer, and we are grateful for his ongoing commitment to the bleeding disorders community.
During this transition, please direct any questions about ongoing programs to our Executive Director, Debra Thomson, at DThomson@hemophilia.on.ca, and any questions regarding Financial Assistance can be directed to Susan Turner, at STurner@hemophilia.on.ca.
Debra and the team are committed to ensuring you continue to receive the support and services you rely on without interruption.
Thank you for your continued trust and support of Hemophilia Ontario.
