CHS Youth – Provinces in Action!

CHS Youth is excited to launch our national Summer Points Challenge — an 8‑week friendly competition bringing youth from every province together through creativity, connection, and community spirit.

Throughout the summer, CHS Youth will release a new set of challenges each week. These activities are designed to be fun, accessible, and engaging for youth of all ages within the bleeding disorders community. From creative prompts to wellness activities to community‑building tasks, each challenge offers a chance to earn points for your province.

How it works:

  • Every week, three new challenges will “drop” on the CHS Youth Instagram page
  • Youth can complete as many challenges as they like
  • Each completed challenge earns points for their province
  • Submissions are made through the CHS Youth Google Form linked in our Instagram bio (or here)
  • At the end of the 8 weeks, the province with the most points will be crowned the winner

This initiative is led by the CHS Youth Committee — a national group of young leaders representing provinces across Canada, including Ontario’s own Luke Chasse, Jordan Cabral, and Omar Alami. The goal is simple: build connection, celebrate youth leadership, and strengthen the bleeding disorders community from coast to coast.

Whether you complete one challenge or all of them, every submission helps your province climb the leaderboard. We can’t wait to see the creativity, energy, and community pride that youth across Canada bring to this summer’s challenge!
