Raja Ammoury is our director at large. Raja is a dedicated financial consultant, holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in accounting. With dual certifications as a Public Accountant (CPA-USA and CPA, CGA Ontario), she boasts over 15 years of expertise in both Canadian and international not-for-profit sectors. In her role, Raja excels at providing strategic financial guidance to a diverse clientele, leveraging her broad knowledge and experience in financial management to drive organizational success.
As a mother of two children with hemophilia, Raja’s journey has profoundly shaped her involvement in various hemophilia organizations across different countries, including Canada, the USA, and Jordan. She played a pivotal role as a founding member of the Hemophilia organization in Jordan and participated in the mentoring program in northeast Ohio. Witnessing firsthand the transformative impact of education and support on hemophilia patients, Raja is passionate about inspiring the younger generation to engage in advocacy and support initiatives, thus contributing to a brighter future for individuals living with Hemophilia/Bleeding disorder.
