We need you to help us help you. Given the realities of a COVID world we have prepared a survey that will enable us to respond to this changing environment. This will assist in the way that we support and develop programs now and in the future for our bleeding disorder community. We are calling on all members of the community to please take some time, (10 -15 Min.) to complete this survey. The information provided will be crucial for the development of our strategic plan in 2021 that will define the organizations priorities for 2022 – 2025.
Every person completing the survey will receive a $20.00 Tim Hortons gift card, and will be entered into a draw for a $1,000.00 Visa card. We need this “Please help us help you”.
